Clayton County Warrant Records Clayton County Warrant Records

This policy describes the information collected during a visit, why it is used, and the limited circumstances in which it may be shared. By using Clayton County Warrant Records, you accept these practices.

Data You Give Us Directly

Search Queries

A name, date of birth, or other term entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.

Messages and Contact Submissions

An email or contact message may be retained so our team can respond. We do not disclose that message outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.

Data We Gather Automatically

When a page loads, the servers may automatically receive basic technical information about the visit:

  • The IP address assigned to your device
  • Which browser you are using and its version
  • Your device type and operating system
  • The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
  • The site that sent you here, if any
  • Timestamps for each page view

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small device files used to understand traffic patterns, including popular pages and common exit points. Analytics providers help combine that information. A browser can block cookies, although doing so may change how parts of the site function.

What We Do With This Data

  • Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
  • Sending your search requests to the right partner service
  • Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
  • Tracking down and fixing technical issues
  • Showing ads that may line up with your interests

No Warrant Data on File

Clayton County Warrant Records does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a warrant database or personal warrant records. It explains how to reach the Superior, State, Magistrate, Juvenile, and municipal courts, plus the Clayton County Sheriff's Office. Georgia has no single public statewide warrant portal. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party records.

Third-Party Search Partners

Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention terms, and disclosure practices apply to information submitted through those tools. We do not control those practices, so review the provider's policy before sending a query.

Links to Other Websites

Links may lead to sheriff pages, court portals, Georgia resources, legal-aid organizations, or outside search tools. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's privacy policy applies. Review it before providing personal information.

Advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites for interest-based advertising.

Who Might See Your Data

Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:

  • Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
  • Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
  • Ad networks that place ads on our pages
  • Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it

How We Protect Your Data

Reasonable, standard safeguards are used for collected data. No internet system is completely secure, however, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.

Users Under 18

The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has provided information, contact us so it can be removed.

Your Data Rights

Applicable federal and Georgia privacy or consumer-protection law may provide further rights. The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, governs access to public government records and does not convert visitor data held by this private site into a county record. At a minimum, you can:

  • Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
  • Have us fix information that is wrong
  • Request that we erase your data
  • Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
